Carli Blum, Founder

Carli dreamt up the concept for a plant-base soft-serve that was both allergen-friendly and that she could enjoy. Living with severe food allergies and digestive health issues, being able to enjoy food in today's marketplace of excess-sugar and processed ingredients made this even more challenging. As a health-conscious consumer, lover of vibrant and healing foods, Carli was driven to create Kokus. Moreover, Carli created a beautiful, purposeful food that's meant for others to enjoy and can improve their health.
